How It Works

Selling: During an active window, list your shares at market value or offer a discount of up to 20% to attract buyers faster. The platform handles matching and settlement.

Buying: Seize the opportunity to acquire shares in previously funded properties — often at a discount. This is a great way to diversify into properties you missed during initial funding.

Eligibility

Properties are eligible for exit window trading after a 1-year holding period. This ensures stability and protects all investors.
